Jorginho James, a former skilled soccer participant who competed for MLS’ Houston Dynamo and the USL’s RGV Toros, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his estranged spouse at a daycare.
James, of Pearland, Texas, was charged with assault inflicting bodily harm of a member of the family and violation of bond circumstances on Aug. 30, the Houston Chronicle reported, citing court docket information. He allegedly choked the girl in a separate incident in March, based on officers.

The lady spoke to FOX 26 Houston after a video exhibiting the incident circulated on social media.
