Plymouth Argyle supervisor Wayne Rooney given one-match touchline ban and effective for misconduct

Wayne Rooney has been given a one-match touchline ban and a £5,500 effective by the Soccer Affiliation (FA) for misconduct throughout Plymouth Argyle’s 2-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers on October 5.
