Holly turned himself in to police days after a taking pictures at his condo Feb. 9 in Union Parish, Louisiana. He later took to social media to state his innocence.

“I’ve been falsely recognized, accused and arrested. I’m 100% harmless, and the folks that know me know this isn’t my character in any respect. I used to be not concerned within the incident in any respect.

“I used to be at house, which is the place the incident happened. I turned myself in as a result of I used to be notified of an arrest warrant and I needed to completely cooperate. As a consequence of this being an ongoing investigation, I can’t give many particulars.”

Holly’s lawyer informed ESPN he plans to enter a not responsible plea to the brand new cost.
